If a MaxLTS product doesn't work as described or doesn't help you, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Just reach out with your order details and a brief note on what went wrong.
Digital products
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we ask that refund requests relate to a genuine issue — a broken file, a product that materially differs from its description, or a tool you couldn't get working with our help.
Services
Done-for-you services are custom work. Once we've begun a build, refunds are handled case-by-case based on work completed. We'll always aim for a fair outcome — talk to us early if something isn't right.
